Diz a sabedoria popular que toda a unanimidade \u00e9 burra. Por\u00e9m h\u00e1 exce\u00e7\u00f5es e esta p\u00f4de ter sido comprovada na disputa da III Copa das Na\u00e7\u00f5es de Xadrez Internacional que ocorreu neste \u00faltimo final de semana, dias 16,17 e 18 de dezembro. Se de in\u00edcio, isso h\u00e1 uns dois para tr\u00eas meses quando se anunciava a presen\u00e7a de grandes e idolatrados enxadristas de seis pa\u00edses – muitos jogadores declinaram por entenderem que o evento, que teve o apoio e patroc\u00ednio integral da Secretaria de Estado do Rio Grande do Sul e a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Esporte e Lazer do Rio Grande do Sul (FUNDERGS), seria muito forte e literalmente os afastava a possibilidade de uma premia\u00e7\u00e3o honrosa sequer, este corol\u00e1rio se comprovou quando o Mestre Internacional espanhol e madrileno Hor\u00e1rio Salda\u00f1a literalmente passou o pente fino e sagrou-se campe\u00e3o soberano deste que foi o maior torneio aberto de xadrez do MERCOSUL .<\/p>\n

Hor\u00e1rio Salda\u00f1o, com 2453 de Elo,  dominou as a\u00e7\u00f5es da cobi\u00e7ada mesa um por longas e duradoras 11 rodadas quando inesperadamente foi surpreendido por um Mestre FIDE com for\u00e7a de 2400 pontos de rating \u2013 o que equivale ao poderio t\u00e9cnico de Mestre Internacional. Com esta derrota parecia que os vident\"SAM_1374\"<\/a>es de plant\u00e3o errariam suas previs\u00f5es e o todo poderoso espanhol que veio de Madri frustraria a legi\u00e3o de f\u00e3s que se formou junto ao Hotel & Pousada zingari<\/strong><\/cite>-village desde as \u00faltimas horas de sexta-feira dia 16 quando os mestres come\u00e7aram a chegar a Santana do Livramento e o mais assediado n\u00e3o poderia deixar de ser outro \u2013 o espanhol. <\/cite><\/p>\n

Dentre gritos e pedidos de aut\u00f3grafos, em especial pelo p\u00fablico feminino da faixa et\u00e1ria entre 16 e 20 anos, toda vez que Salda\u00f1o sa\u00eda da sala de jogos para arejar as ideias e tomar um ar fresco ap\u00f3s suas partidas – era necess\u00e1rio deslocar um verdadeiro pelot\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7as contratados pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o para dar privacidade e liberdade n\u00e3o s\u00f3 a este indigite jogador, mas para os nove  Mestres Internacionais e seis Mestres FIDES \u2013 da Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Uruguai e Brasil. Sendo que dos representantes canarinhos havia muitos jogadores de Santa Cataria e S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/cite><\/p>\n

Uma pausa para uma pequena reflex\u00e3o oportuna e analisarmos a foto  acima.
